Rupurt recently provided Subsurface Utility Engineering services for Olympus Drive force main replacement design in Juno Beach within US Highway 1 and Ocean Drive, along Olympus Drive and Celestial Way.

Floresta Drive Design Survey

Port St. Lucie, FL

Rupurt is a subconsultant for the City of Port St. Lucie Floresta Drive Corridor to provide utility infrastructure investigation (ASCE Quality Level B) to identify the horizontal location of existing utilities within the project area.

Lowe’s Home Improvement

Various Locations, FL

Rupurt provides a variety of engineering, survey and consulting services for home improvement warehouses, including project management and construction services. The typical site is 14 to 30 acres, with approximately 180,000 sq. ft. of retail space.

Walgreens

Various Locations, AZ, MD, VA

Rupurt has designed more than 20 Walgreen’s stores in Arizona, Maryland, and Virginia. Services provided include complex engineering designs, surveying, due diligence, feasibility studies, zoning and entitlement services, construction drawings, landscape architecture, and construction administration.

Whole Foods Rooftop Solar

Various Locations, FL

Rupurt provided surveying services for six Whole Foods Markets sites across Florida. Rupurt prepared a topographic survey to provide the basis for the final array layout. Rupurt recorded the dimensions of the roof inside of the parapets; the height of the parapet off of the roof deck every 20 feet or where vertical changes occurred.

WaWa

Engineering services for over 50 WaWa projects. Services include entitlements and development of strategic plans for market-driven initiatives. Also provided representation at public hearings and workshops, technical assistance for prototype stores, Chapter 527 TIA Reports, traffic impact studies, etc.

Visiting Nurse Association

Palm Beach, Jensen Beach, FL

Rupurt has been an integral part of the civil design, permitting and construction administration for the development of two Visiting Nurses Association’s (VNA) assisted living facilities. The two facilities, Grand Oaks of Okeechobee and Grand Oaks of Jensen, are both headquartered out of Stuart, Florida.

The Mall at Short Hills

Millburng, NJ

Rupurt provided its core planning and civil design to design the 50,000 sq. ft. expansion of a high-end existing mall and parking structure. Design services included rerouting of existing utilities to accommodate the new parking deck, layout of a new restaurant pad site and integration of deck expansion to the existing site facilities.

South Florida Water Management District, Surveying & Mapping Services Contract

Rupurt is the prime consultant performing general surveying and mapping services in support of projects across the South Florida Water Management District’s 16 counties of responsibility. Services performed under this contract include boundary surveys, topographic surveys, right-of-way surveys, and hydrographic surveys.

Rupurt’s partnership with Starbucks began in 2013 and has since grown into becoming one of their preferred civil engineers. Our teams work closely with management to produce site development and construction management plans for new stores across multiple states.

Seminole Hard Rock Casino Heliport

Seminole, FL

Rupurt led a team consisting of aviation consultants, structural engineers and MEP engineers to design an all-aluminum helipad structure which met FAA and ADA guidelines and provided a proper arrival experience to their premier clients befitting of the Seminole Tribe of Florida and Hard Rock Casino Brands.

Sam’s Club Stores/Fueling Stations

Rupurt has worked on multiple Sam’s Club Store and Fueling Station projects throughout the United States, providing engineering, planning, surveying, and environmental due diligence studies. The scope also included underground utilities, erosion & sediment control and drainage plans.

Rupurt is providing program management assistance to CGC to fulfill their development goals and execute a wide range of planning, design and permitting services for each project site, including civil engineering, landscape architecture, surveying, right-of-way, and environmental consulting.

Parker’s Kitchen

Charleston, SC

Rupurt provided site, utility, drainage and stormwater design, as well as rezoning and full permitting services for new ground-up sites in the Charleston SC market. Permitting was conducted with applicable Local, State and Federal agencies. The stores are approx. 5,000 sq. ft. and sites range from 3-6 acres.

Promenade at Castle Rock

Castle Rock, CO

Rupurt delivered civil engineering design services for the 177-acre Promenade project in the Town of Castle Rock, which is one of the largest community center developments in the country.

Giant/Martin’s Grocery Store & Fuel Programs

Various Locations, VA, MD & Washington, DC

Rupurt continues to work with Giant/Martin Food Stores for various engineering, planning, surveying, and environmental due diligence studies for several store locations and fueling centers. Sites range from one to seven acres.

Monterray Waterway C24 Canal

Port St. Lucie, FL

Rupurt provided emergency design services to retrofit critical storm structures following Hurricane Katrina and worked closely with the City of Port St. Lucie to provide assistance in expediting a solution to a destroyed water retention berm.

Martin County Aquatic Center

Martin County, FL

The project includes the site civil engineering for the County Aquatic Center consisting of four pools and associated recreational amenities. Design and permitting of site civil engineering features including pool decking and drainage, access roadways and parking, stormwater management conveyance facilities, stormwater storage and treatment, site grading, water and wastewater utilities.

Kanner Crossing

Martin County, FL

Rupurt provided civil engineering and surveying services for this project. The design and permitting included parking lots, driveways, stormwater management system, potable water distribution system and wastewater collection/transmission system. Rupurt provided construction observation services and certification of the various permits received from the required regulatory agencies.

Kennedy Space Center’s Visitor Center Debus Conference Center

Brevard County, FL

Rupurt provided its survey expertise to inventory and locate improvements around Kennedy Space Center in preparation for expansion plans. The team had to navigate security controls as well as legacy control points to ensure the newly generated data properly integrated with its historic database.

Lake Worth Drainage District E-3 Canal Rehab

Palm Beach County, FL

Rupurt provided canal right-of-way mapping and staking services for approximately 20 miles of canals as part of the Lake Worth Drainage District Canal Rehabilitation Program. The project consisted of staking the right-of-way lines along several Lake Worth Drainage District canals.

Hanover Crossroads

Hanover , NJ

Rupurt provided various engineering services during the demolition phase of the project. Our work scope included the preparation of a demolition/ grading plan for Township approval, Soil Conservation District (SCD) plan, a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), and a Tree Removal and Protection Plan.

FasTracks – RTD Eagle P3

Denver, CO

This project consists of 33 miles of EMU Commuter Rail connecting downtown Denver Union Station to the Denver International Airport on the East Line and to the vicinity of Ward Road, northwest Denver, unincorporated Adams County, Arvada and Wheat Ridge. This project also included a Commuter Rail Maintenance Facility.

Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission

Statewide, FL

Rupurt is the prime consultant performing general surveying services in support of Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission projects. Examples include the Tenoroc Public Use Area New Entry Station, John C. and Mariana Jones/Hungryland Wildlife and Environmental Area, Little Gator Creek Wildlife and Environmental Area, and Chinsegut Wildlife and Environmental Area.

Rupurt currently works with Culver’s to help expand their footprint in Florida and throughout the Southeast market. Rupurt’s retail experts work closely with the owners to provide conceptual site planning, site development plans, civil construction documents, site entitlement, permitting and construction management.

Chick-fil-A

Various Locations, USA

Chick-fil-A partners with Rupurt to provide civil engineering and survey services for new stores across the southeast. Services include site planning, utility design, drainage and grading design, as well as ALTA surveys and topographic and boundary surveys. Rupurt also provides permitting services. Building sizes are typically around 5,000 sq. ft. and site sizes range from less than an acre to three acres.

Chinese Cultural Center

Phoenix, AZ

Rupurt provided professional design and platting services for a 30-acre cultural theme center. The team was responsible for the layout and design of public infrastructure including roads, utilities and underground stormwater retention.

Closter Plaza

Closter, NJ

Rupurt provided a multi-faceted planning, analysis, and design scheme to redevelop a declining 200,000 sq. ft. community shopping center. The team was challenged to create a more pedestrian friendly design all while providing adequate vehicle site access. Rupurt also provided the Site Design, Surveying, and Local, County and State Permitting for the project.

Circle K

Rupurt has partnered with Circle K on multiple sites throughout the US to provide site planning and design for their convenience store, gas station and truck stop developments. Services provided include site, utility and drainage and stormwater management design, permitting and rezoning services for new ground-up sites as well as raze and rebuild sites. Permitting was with Cities, Counties, NRCS, EPD and DOT.

Caliber Collision

The Caliber Collision-Rupurt relationship is a national program which covers four states. Rupurt provides initial ALTA and design survey services for the development of new centers and engineering services including Special Use Permit preparation and processing, and planning document processing and approvals. Also prepares full construction documents.

Cape Canaveral Air Force Station Fire Water Line Repair

Brevard County, FL

Rupurt provided site constriction survey and stakeout support for an active drilling operation consisted of four directional drill sites and approximately 9,300 LF of fire suppression transmission water line. The team was required to provide near real time analysis of alignments and adjust to various site conditions and client constraints.

Bathtub Beach Specific Purpose Survey

Martin County, FL

Rupurt provided multiple drone-based laser survey scans to analyze and monitor ongoing beach improvements. The team worked closely with FAA and local authorities for permitted exemptions to operate in prohibited drone areas.

BB&T

Blue Ash, OH

Rupurt was responsible for preparation of topographic survey, coordination with field crew, preparation of Special Use Permit (SUP) application and supporting documents including conceptual plans and exhibits for Plan Commission meeting and public hearing, preparation of construction documents including landscape plans, utilities coordination, coordination and obtainment of permit, and construction administration.

American Furniture Warehouse

Glendale, AZ

Rupurt provided a combination full scope development services starting with the initial survey, through design, and ultimate construction support. The team delivered engineering design services to including boundary verification, topographic analysis, and site improvements. The project required extensive coordination with local and state authorities during the design and permitting processes.

Walmart

To date, Rupurt has provided more than $56M in consulting services for over 500 Walmart stores across the country. These projects typically include a new building and parking lot and Rupurt is generally responsible for designing all onsite utilities, grading and erosion control, coordination with adjacent land owners, and facilitating city approvals.
