Experience

North Tarrant Express I-35W (Segment 3C)

Rupurt is part of a team providing design services and design management of the new I-30 Direct Connector, IH-820 DC at Mark IV Parkway and Segment 3C South Expressway. The scope includes roadway design, ITS and illumination, hydrologic/hydraulic analysis and traffic management and reconstruction of nine interchanges.

Trace

Rupurt provided professional environmental, engineering, and surveying services for this 420-acre residential, commercial and retail development, including preliminary design, site control, boundary surveys, utility system layout, preliminary design of storm water facilities, and final subdivision design for roadways and residential lots.

UT Tennis Center, UTGC Recreational Swim Center, and TWC Residential Casitas

Travis County, TX

This mixed-use project includes a tennis center with six indoor courts and four outdoor courts for University of Texas Athletics, a recreational swimming facility and concession building for The University of Texas Golf Club, and 20 residential “casitas” (condominiums). Rupurt refined the land plan, designed the shared on-site and off-site infrastructure, and managed the site plan approval process.

Ranch Road 12

Rupurt served as project manager and lead designer/planner and provided environmental assessments for the expansion and realignment of approximately 14 miles of Ranch Road 12 between Dripping Springs and Wimberley in Hays County, Texas.

Hutto YMCA

Rupurt provided its core services including planning, layout, surveying, design and coordination, permitting, bidding and construction observation for this 4-acre YMCA facility. In addition, Rupurt was tasked with the coordination of all approvals, permitting and platting with the City of Hutto, Williamson County, and the Texas Commission of Environmental Quality (TCEQ).

Johnson Ranch North Subdivision

Rupurt provided professional engineering and surveying services including preliminary design, site control, utility system layout, site and lot grading, stormwater facility design, preparation of subdivision construction plans and final plats, and construction phase services for this 287-acre commercial and residential development. Rupurt also prepared and obtained an Edwards Aquifer Contributing Zone Permit through the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.

La Cima Subdivision

La Cima is a 2,031-acre master-planned residential development consists of approximately 2,000 single-family lots, a 200-acre commercial area, an elementary school, an amenity center, many wastewater lift stations, a water storage tank, and multiple detention ponds.

CR 266

Hays County, TX

Rupurt provided core planning, drainage design, land surveying and environmental services for roadway improvements to an additional 1.9-mile section of CR 266. The team worked closely with local and state officials to ensure planning and ultimate design met growth targets and municipal goals. The team also coordinated with utility companies for the extension and or relocation of service lines.

Circle K

Various Locations, USA

Rupurt has partnered with Circle K on multiple sites throughout the US to provide site planning and design for their convenience store, gas station and truck stop developments. Services provided include site, utility and drainage and stormwater management design, permitting and rezoning services for new ground-up sites as well as raze and rebuild sites. Permitting was with Cities, Counties, NRCS, EPD and DOT.

Austin Regional Clinic

City of Kyle, TX

This project, situated on approximately 2.48 acres, includes medical offices, a coffee shop, and an associated parking lot. Rupurt provided site plan preparation including grading, paving, drainage, on site water and wastewater lines design and parking requirements. This was the first site plan in the City of Kyle with zero set back lines. Rupurt helped to introduce this new urban development concept to the City.

Bastrop Co. Complex Fire Recovery Program

Bastrop County, TX

Rupurt provided project management services which included direct administration and manage-ment of a significant portion of the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Community De-velopment Block Group grant for Disaster Recovery awarded through the Texas General Land Office for the non-housing allocation of the CDBG-DR grant, in conjunction with an Emergency Watershed Protection grant from the Natural Resource Conservation Service.
