Parker’s Kitchen

Charleston, SC

Rupurt provided site, utility, drainage and stormwater design, as well as rezoning and full permitting services for new ground-up sites in the Charleston SC market. Permitting was conducted with applicable Local, State and Federal agencies. The stores are approx. 5,000 sq. ft. and sites range from 3-6 acres.

Desert Wind Farm

Pasquotank and Perquimans Counties, NC

Rupurt provided a variety of survey services to support the development of a proposed 150 turbine, 330-megawatt wind farm. The team was responsible for preparing and recertification for ALTA surveys and pos construction as-builts.

Dominion Power

Elizabeth City, NC

Rupurt provided topographic, physical and boundary surveying services, as well as civil engineering services including grading, drainage, and erosion & sediment control. The team was challenged to design with existing drainage problems in an area prone to flooding.

Circle K

Various Locations, USA

Rupurt has partnered with Circle K on multiple sites throughout the US to provide site planning and design for their convenience store, gas station and truck stop developments. Services provided include site, utility and drainage and stormwater management design, permitting and rezoning services for new ground-up sites as well as raze and rebuild sites. Permitting was with Cities, Counties, NRCS, EPD and DOT.

Bradley and Carter Solar Farm

Hertford and Cumberland Counties, NC

Rupurt prepared ALTA/ACSM surveys, detailed topographic survey including necessary road frontage surveying. Approximately 25 acres of topography were required on the Bradley farm site, and approximately 35 acres of topography were required on the Carter farm site, as a minimum 75-foot overlap around the perimeter.
