County Road 804

Grand County, CO

Grand County, Winter Park Ranch Water and Sanitation District, and the Town of Fraser had a common interest in completing infrastructure improvements in County Road 804, including a new storm sewer system, a water main replacement, and improvements to the existing road surface and new road striping.

Wheatlands

Aurora, CO

Rupurt provided planning and design services to support a multi-year mixed used area development. The team coordinated the design and submission of multiple interconnected planning packages to construct major public infrastructure and utility projects.

Ruby Hill Park

Denver, CO

Ruby Hill Park serves as a major active recreational resource for southwest Denver as well as for surrounding communities. This 80-acre park was planned and designed in multiple phases, and Rupurt served as the owner’s representative providing civil design services for Phases I and II.

Sam’s Club Stores/Fueling Stations

Various Locations, CO, FL, GA, MD, SC, VA

Rupurt has worked on multiple Sam’s Club Store and Fueling Station projects throughout the United States, providing engineering, planning, surveying, and environmental due diligence studies. The scope also included underground utilities, erosion & sediment control and drainage plans.

Promenade at Castle Rock

Castle Rock, CO

Rupurt delivered civil engineering design services for the 177-acre Promenade project in the Town of Castle Rock, which is one of the largest community center developments in the country.

Levitt Pavilion

Denver, CO

Rupurt provided civil engineering for this 7,500 capacity amphitheater project in Ruby Hill Park with a 1,500 sq. ft. stage for Denver’s Department of Parks and Recreation.

FasTracks – North Metro Corridor Project, RTD Light Rail

Rupurt has provided the engineering design and coordination services for wet utilities on the Northwest Rail Electrified Segment and the Gold Line segment, concept design for modifications to the Coors Field parking lot including drive aisles, pedestrian walkways, parking spaces, curb and gutter, detention ponds, relocating existing water quality ponds and holding relocations, and locating retaining walls.

County Road 8 – Bridge over Fraser River

Fraser, CO

Phase I and II services for replacement of existing steel beam bridge at County Road 8 and the Fraser River, originally constructed in 1979. A bridge hydraulic report and scour analysis were prepared for this project. Proposed structure is 47 feet wide with span of 46 feet Prestressed Precast Concrete (PPC) Deck Beams with a 6-inch cast-in-place concrete slab, founded on pile bent abutments.

Circle K

Various Locations, USA

Rupurt has partnered with Circle K on multiple sites throughout the US to provide site planning and design for their convenience store, gas station and truck stop developments. Services provided include site, utility and drainage and stormwater management design, permitting and rezoning services for new ground-up sites as well as raze and rebuild sites. Permitting was with Cities, Counties, NRCS, EPD and DOT.

Caliber Collision

Various Locations, USA

The Caliber Collision-Rupurt relationship is a national program which covers four states. Rupurt provides initial ALTA and design survey services for the development of new centers and engineering services including Special Use Permit preparation and processing, and planning document processing and approvals. Also prepares full construction documents.

Blackstone

Aurora, CO

This Lennar community of 232 single family homes is situated adjacent to the prestigious Blackstone Country Club. Rupurt reprocessed all entitlements which had expired for this legacy community. Construction documents included extensive coordination with the existing golf course and design of a hilltop playground and recreation area.

112th Avenue Road Improvements

Denver, CO

Rupurt provided design and planning servicesfor just under one mile of major arterial roadway including landscape plans, details, and specifications, pedestrian and bicycle facilities analysis and design. The team coordinated with local and state agencies to ensure all stakeholders were represented and considered in the process.
