Hanover Crossroads is the home to Lowe’s Home Improvement Store and Quick Chek Convenience Store/Gas Station. This redevelopment site (formerly home to Berlex Laboratories) was vacant for years as various uses for the site were explored with the Municipality. Rupurt provided various engineering services during the demolition phase of the project. Our work scope included the preparation of a demolition/ grading plan for Township approval, Soil Conservation District (SCD) plan, a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), and a Tree Removal and Protection Plan. Rupurt assisted with the coordination of the utility company disconnection services and provided SWPPP inspections during the demolition phase.
