Stono Park Elementary School

Charleston County, SC

Rupurt provided surveying services for the demolition of an existing school and the construction of a new 2-story elementary school building. Surveying services were provided to aid three development companies, including construction staking for the construction of the site, utilities, and the building’s infrastructure.

Berkeley County Stormwater Assessment

Berkeley County, SC

Rupurt performed GIS asset locating, stormwater asset inventory and assessment of identified outfalls in several watersheds. Rupurt also
collected and integrated photos in the assessment and completed metadata for the GIS to track data history and lineage.

Waterloo Estates

Charleston County, SC

Rupurt provided engineering services for this 23-acre conservation subdivision. The site design was governed by additional zoning restrictions to implement smaller building lots and previous cover, preserve open space, and protect natural features such as grand trees through expanded conservation areas.

South Pointe Estates

Summerville, SC

Rupurt partnered with Dan Ryan Builders on this new development located in Summerville, South Carolina. South Pointe Estates is located near Azalea Town Square and Historic Downtown Summerville. Rupurt provided civil engineering and surveying services.

Summers Corner

Dorchester County, CO

Rupurt provided engineering and surveying services for this 400-lot community including construction plans, plats, field services, GIS-based exhibits and builder contract exhibits and services.

Sam’s Club Stores/Fueling Stations

Various Locations, CO, FL, GA, MD, SC, VA

Rupurt has worked on multiple Sam’s Club Store and Fueling Station projects throughout the United States, providing engineering, planning, surveying, and environmental due diligence studies. The scope also included underground utilities, erosion & sediment control and drainage plans.

Parker’s Kitchen

Charleston, SC

Rupurt provided site, utility, drainage and stormwater design, as well as rezoning and full permitting services for new ground-up sites in the Charleston SC market. Permitting was conducted with applicable Local, State and Federal agencies. The stores are approx. 5,000 sq. ft. and sites range from 3-6 acres.

Lee Steam Plant Railroad

Belton, SC

Rupurt provided extensive planning and surveying services to the analysis and design of a power plant expansion. The project consisted of surveying services for a railroad site located approximately one mile north of Lee Steam Plant, near the Dunlap Road grade crossing.

Horry County Stormwater Assistance

Horry County, SC

Rupurt assisted the County in reviewing and updating their Stormwater Management Ordinance and Design Manual and in the development of a Monitoring and Assessment Plan, Enforcement Response Plan and pollution prevention/good housekeeping procedures.

East Edisto

Charleston, SC

Rupurt provided a full scope of planning, surveying, and civil design services for this 80,000-acre multi-decade development project. They team worked closely with the county officials to help craft form-based code to incorporate smart growth, led survey teams, designed residential site and infrastructure plans.

Culver’s

Rupurt currently works with Culver’s to help expand their footprint in Florida and throughout the Southeast market. Rupurt’s retail experts work closely with the owners to provide conceptual site planning, site development plans, civil construction documents, site entitlement, permitting and construction management.

Circle K

Various Locations, USA

Rupurt has partnered with Circle K on multiple sites throughout the US to provide site planning and design for their convenience store, gas station and truck stop developments. Services provided include site, utility and drainage and stormwater management design, permitting and rezoning services for new ground-up sites as well as raze and rebuild sites. Permitting was with Cities, Counties, NRCS, EPD and DOT.

Caliber Collision

The Caliber Collision-Rupurt relationship is a national program which covers four states. Rupurt provides initial ALTA and design survey services for the development of new centers and engineering services including Special Use Permit preparation and processing, and planning document processing and approvals. Also prepares full construction documents.

31 & 32 Laurens Street

Charleston, SC

Rupurt has partnered with Southern Land Company to provide civil engineering and survey services for the development of the Society at Laurens – a luxury, mid-rise apartment community with 148 apartment units located in Charleston, South Carolina, The community will also include a resort style pool, lounge, fitness center, and business center.

Walmart

Various Locations, MD, FL, SC, GA

To date, Rupurt has provided more than $56M in consulting services for over 500 Walmart stores across the country. These projects typically include a new building and parking lot and Rupurt is generally responsible for designing all onsite utilities, grading and erosion control, coordination with adjacent land owners, and facilitating city approvals.
