Modera Berkeley Heights

This new multi-family residential building is sited on just over 5 acres of land. The project includes 173 residential units within the 4-story building. Rupurt became involved at the onset of the project and worked project stakeholders to create this concept from a township approved redevelopment plan.

The South Amboy Phase1 Apartments project is a new multi-family residential development, sited on 5.2 acres of land in South Amboy. The project includes 291 residential units within a 4-story building, a park and two amenity spaces. Rupurt provided landscape architecture services.

Modera Woodbridge

Woodbridge, NJ

Rupurt provided landscape architecture services for this new multi-family residential building, situated on just over 2 acres of land. The project includes 279 residential units within the 7-story building, an exterior pocket park, and amenity spaces including two courtyards and rooftop terrace.

Centuria at Fort Lee

Fort Lee, NJ

Centuria is a 1 billion dollar development in Fort Lee, NJ adjacent to the George Washington Bridge, overlooking the Manhattan skyline and consisting of 1.7 million square feet combining high and residential with corresponding amenities with over 90,000 sq. ft. of office space, a luxury hotel and retail.

Woodland Road Reconstruction

Madison, NJ

This two phase road reconstruction project involved approximately 6,600 lf of linear frontage. Rupurt provided is planning and civil design services to analyze and redesign over a mile of public road infrastructure. The team also designed an expansion of the area to include bike lanes, new sidewalk, and drainage improvements.

Veterans in Paramus Housing Complex

Paramus, NJ

Veterans in Paramus is a townhome complex designed to house disabled Veterans. The community consists of six buildings, each of a three-story units. Rupurt worked closely with Paramus and Habitat for Humanity of Bergen County, to plan and oversee construction. Services included site design, surveying, landscape architecture, and obtaining all necessary permits.

Waldorf Astoria Hotel

New York, NY

Rupurt performed complete 3D laser scanning operations on the full exterior of the Waldorf Astoria in Manhattan to capture the existing conditions and improvements on the main rooftops and two existing towers.

Weequahic Park Playground Improvements

Newark, NJ

The redesign of the Weequahic Park playground integrates fixed play equipment with natural play environments that incorporate exiting topography, water, and music elements to encourage children to create, explore, and build their own unique play experiences.

The Mall at Short Hills

Millburng, NJ

Rupurt provided its core planning and civil design to design the 50,000 sq. ft. expansion of a high-end existing mall and parking structure. Design services included rerouting of existing utilities to accommodate the new parking deck, layout of a new restaurant pad site and integration of deck expansion to the existing site facilities.

The Metropolitan at 40 Park

Morristown, NJ

n of a smart growth redevelopment project in downtown Morristown. This site includes a 40,000 sq. ft. of street level retail with 84 luxury condominium units and a new luxury apartment building above the ground floor. Below everything is a 700 car parking garage and a Gold LEED Certified 25,000 sq. ft. office and an apartment building with 36 loft type units are also part of the project.

Rupurt’s partnership with Starbucks began in 2013 and has since grown into becoming one of their preferred civil engineers. Our teams work closely with management to produce site development and construction management plans for new stores across multiple states.

Stonybrook Road Reconstruction

West Caldwell, NJ

Rupurt is the on-call, municipal engineer for the Township of West Caldwell. The team is responsible for preparing and submitting multiple municipal aid grant applications to the NJ Department of Transportation on behalf of the township. Once accepted, Rupurt surveyed, designed, and oversaw the reconstruction of this 3,600 lf collector road.

Parsippany Veterans Park

Parsippany, NJ

Rupurt provided civil engineering, designing, and planning construction documents for Veterans Park in Parsippany. Working in conjunction with a landscape architect, Rupurt provided all necessary civil engineering documents and obtained required permits.

Landmarker at Radburn

Fair Laws, NJ

Rupurt provided planning and civil design services to deliver this 12-acre residential redevelopment consisting of twelve, three-story buildings, providing a total of 165 residential units of with a portion allocated for affordable housing. Rupurt was responsible for all preliminary and final site plans, prepared a boundary and topographic survey, and conducted a traffic impact study.

Hanover Crossroads

Hanover , NJ

Rupurt provided various engineering services during the demolition phase of the project. Our work scope included the preparation of a demolition/ grading plan for Township approval, Soil Conservation District (SCD) plan, a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), and a Tree Removal and Protection Plan.

Rupurt performed various services for the proposed 1099 kW solar array: New Solar Field, 4 AC, Greenport, NY – surveying and site plan preparation including boundary survey research of 4 acres. Carnegie Center Solar Canopy Project, West Windsor, NJ – surveying and site plan preparation on 4 Sites.

Connell Solar L’Oreal Headquarters

Berkeley Heights, NJ

Rupurt obtained land use approvals for this LEED Gold Certified headquarters. The project sits on 12.83 acres and included the installation of over 21,000 sq. ft. of rooftop solar panels and 91,000 sq. ft. of parking lot canopy solar panels. Rupurt performed initial due diligence research of municipal zoning, site plans, and coordination through the approval process.

Disaster Recovery Services Great Gorge Golf Course

Sussex County, NJ

Rupurt provided disaster recovery services on behalf of York Risk Services Group to assess the physical and financial damage to Great Gorge Golf Course as a result of Hurricane Irene and Tropical Storm Lee. Rupurt services consisted of assessing damage through analysis of on-site mapping before and after conditions and preparing a report and photo documentation of findings.

Closter Plaza

Closter, NJ

Rupurt provided a multi-faceted planning, analysis, and design scheme to redevelop a declining 200,000 sq. ft. community shopping center. The team was challenged to create a more pedestrian friendly design all while providing adequate vehicle site access. Rupurt also provided the Site Design, Surveying, and Local, County and State Permitting for the project.

Bordetown Waterfront Community

Bordetown, NJ

Rupurt provided civil engineering, landscape architecture and surveying services for the second phase of this large redevelopment project consisting of multi-family housing with 157 townhouses and 176 apartment units, and an amphitheater and shade structure overlooking the Delaware River.

Cedar Crest Village

Pequannock, NJ

The project included the development of a retirement village with 1,500 independent living units and 512 assisted living and extended skilled care units located within 16 buildings on 232 acres.

Avalon Wharton

Wharton, NJ

This six-story, luxury apartment complex consists of 248 units on 8.5 acres. Amenities include outdoor courtyards, swimming pool, and a fitness facility. Rupurt provided a boundary and topographic survey of the site, preliminary and final site plans, which included a stormwater management report, and conducted a traffic impact study.

Avenue at South Orange

South Orange, NJ

This innovative transit oriented project consists of 79 residential units and ground floor retail. Rupurt provided oversight and planning for the initial demolition of the building as well as site plan/design, land surveying, and coordination with adjacent supermarket, restaurant, and bank to create driveway access and sufficient parking for the property. Rupurt also provided landscape architecture services, to include streetscape design.

Bloomfield College Residence Hall

Bloomfield, NJ

This project consisted of the design of a four-story, 83,000 sq. ft. residence hall centrally located on the campus of Bloomfield College. Rupurt provided its core planning, surveying, and civil design services to facility the construction of a new campus multi-function area. The team’s role included land surveying, planning and feasibility studies, site plan development, preparation of construction documents, and construction administration and observation.

Arbor Terrace

Morris Plains, NJ

Arbor Terrace provides 82 residential units for assisted living within a new three-story building and includes the construction of new internal paved access drives and parking areas throughout the site. Rupurt provided civil engineering, surveying, permitting, and construction administration services.
