The masterplan for the client facility will be looking at the entire campus, encompassing Buildings A, B and C, to utilize 50MW in Building A, 20MW in Building B, and 50MW in Building C. Scope includes preliminary meetings, surveys and investigations to determine if the site should be modernized and conceptual grading and utility design.

The Havenly at Fountain Hills

Fountain Hills, AZ

Rupurt’s first Build for Rent project with one- and two-story units, this 16-acre site is located on the rolling hills of Fountain Hills and features 147 units of one-, two- and three-bedroom homes with high-end amenities, a paseo through the middle of the site, and private gathering areas for each unit.

Rupurt has designed more than 20 Walgreen’s stores in Arizona, Maryland, and Virginia. Services provided include complex engineering designs, surveying, due diligence, feasibility studies, zoning and entitlement services, construction drawings, landscape architecture, and construction administration.

Southeast, AZ

Rupurt was retained to provide detailed design of concrete footings and steel pipe supports for this Intermediate Leach System (ILS) which includes two pipelines.

Confidential Leach Pad Phase II

Southeast, AZ

Rupurt performed value engineering and design optimization for the phase II design of a leach pad in a canyon with aggressive slopes (~2.5H:1V). The design included liner subgrade, geomembrane and GCL, solution collecting pipe network, and overliner drain rock.

Confidential Stockpile Dams

Rupurt performed the engineering design and construction quality assurance for multiple stormwater retention dams. The design process included watershed analyses, lithological investigation and interpretation, earthen structure stability analyses, and flow considerations for a 100-year storm event.

Rupurt provided the concrete slabs, foundations, and anchor designs for new infrastructure for the expansion of the Hydromet area to allow the SX/EW facili-ties to handle increased throughput. This work included the structural design and drawings, identifying civil components such as tops of concrete on footings and slabs, ensuring drainage to the existing drain sump and the addition of a contain-ment curb to improve capture of spills.

As a result of a new pit being developed at the mine, a haul road was developed from the pit to the existing crushing facility. Rupurt designed six (6) culverts that allow stormwater to flow under the new haul road.

CTC on Ellsworth

Mesa, AZ

CTC on Ellsworth features 145 units of two-bedroom and duplex one-bedroom single-story homes with high-end amenities and private backyards. Rupurt provided planning, zoning support, entitlements, site planning, preliminary and final engineering, and construction support services.

Villago

Casa Grande, AZ

Rupurt provided entitlement, design, engineering, and platting services for a 1,709-acre master planned community in Casa Grande, AZ. With the first phase designed and built, Rupurt was hired to incorporate revisions to the remaining phases and accommodate adjustments in arterial roadway alignments, and park acreage as required by the City.

Safer Access Road Mapping

Safford, AZ

Rupurt worked closely with our client to deliver detailed laser mapping serviced with our unmanned surveying drone. The project site was a multi-mile thoroughfare of extreme terrain that is mostly inaccessible by traditional survey techniques. Additionally, the client was about to utilize drone footage for a company-wide marketing campaign about site operations.

Southwest Gas Replacement Program

Various Locations, AZ

Rupurt provides on-call planning and survey services to this statewide utility expansion program. The team delivers right-of-way analysis, topographic surveys, construction stake outs and as built surveys. Includes steel transmission and distribution main replacement, HDD design, neighborhood grid and service replacement, and new development. Also provides pressure test construction, tie-in and corrosion protection details, regulator station design, cost estimates and client/city coordination.

Rupurt’s partnership with Starbucks began in 2013 and has since grown into becoming one of their preferred civil engineers. Our teams work closely with management to produce site development and construction management plans for new stores across multiple states.

Ryan Road Water and Wastewater Trunk Lines

Queen Creek, AZ

Rupurt supported the Town of Queen Creek on an improvement project for water and sewer collection system improvements within the mid-section Ryan Road Alignment. Rupurt provided survey and design engineering services for this project.

Salt River Project On-Call Survey

Phoenix, AZ

Salt River Project (SRP) is one of Arizona’s largest utilities providing low-cost, reliable power and water to Central Arizona. Rupurt crews performed 3D scans of all arterial roads, sub-arterial roads, alleys, and canals within these two sections.

Sierra Ridge

Rupurt provided creative design solutions on a challenging topographic residential site. The team also successfully navigated a variety of local, state, and federal permit plans and applications to deliver a successful project.

Morenci & Sierrita Tailings UAS Mapping

Morenci, AZ

Rupurt provided extensive and hyper-detailed aerial mapping and photogrammetry services to ensure compliance on multiple dam improvement projects. The team was required to establish temporary and permanent ground control points to ensure high accuracy of the final data set.

Layton Lakes

Litchfield Park, AZ

This 14-acre site required a lot split and rezone which required extensive coordination between various local municipalities. Features 167 units of two-bedroom or duplex one-bedroom single story homes with high-end amenities and private backyards. Rupurt, having previously designed the original settlers during another project, designed two new Wash Settlers with related structures, containment, equipment, storage, piping and instrumentation.

Crosspoint

Peoria, AZ

Rupurt was hired to ensure design compliance with previously designed but never constructed plans and coordinate tie-in and access to public infrastructure. In the process, the team optimized the layout to reduce grading requirements and provide a cost savings to the client.

Clifton Water/Wastewater Treatment Plant

Clifton, AZ

Rupurt provided a PER and Design to replace a trickling filter Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) with a new 200,000 gpd Moving Bed Biological Reactor (MBBR) treatment plant installed inside of the existing concrete treatment tank. Design elements included rehabilitation of the existing influent pump station and existing operations building, a standby generator, and demolition of existing WWTP components. Additional services included surveying and civil design.

Chinese Cultural Center

Phoenix, AZ

Rupurt provided professional design and platting services for a 30-acre cultural theme center. The team was responsible for the layout and design of public infrastructure including roads, utilities and underground stormwater retention.

Classic & Fine Arts Academy (CAFA)

Gilbert, AZ

Rupurt provided its full scope planning, professional design, and construction management services to support the development of a charter school. The project required complex design aspects to accommodate the main facility and its ancillary support buildings and areas. The team also coordinated with local authorities for the expansion of public road and utility infrastructure to connect to the project.

Confidential Conveyor Corridor

Southeast, AZ

A new leach pad is being developed to meet the needs of a new pit. A major earthwork project was undertaken to link the existing conveyor system to the new leach pad. As part of this project, Rupurt provided temporary traffic control and temporary road designs as well as engineered drawings, specifications, construction scopes of work, and bid packages for the earthwork and new traffic underpass.

Confidential Early Mine Water Supply

Southeast, AZ

Rupurt developed a water distribution plan to provide potable and construction water to thhis project. This included the design of wells, impoundments, booster stations, overland pipelines and storage facilities. The first stage of this system currently operates at 650 psi and transports water over 2 miles.

Confidential Stormwater Diversions and Culverts

Southeast, AZ

Rupurt designed three stormwater diversions to protect a leach pad. These diversions required the engineering design of several structures including channels, levees, energy dissipation structures and box culverts. In conjunction with these designs, Rupurt developed method specifications for compaction and a design for soil cement that utilized the material sourced from the channel excavation.

Circle K

Various Locations, USA

Rupurt has partnered with Circle K on multiple sites throughout the US to provide site planning and design for their convenience store, gas station and truck stop developments. Services provided include site, utility and drainage and stormwater management design, permitting and rezoning services for new ground-up sites as well as raze and rebuild sites. Permitting was with Cities, Counties, NRCS, EPD and DOT.

Caliber Collision

The Caliber Collision-Rupurt relationship is a national program which covers four states. Rupurt provides initial ALTA and design survey services for the development of new centers and engineering services including Special Use Permit preparation and processing, and planning document processing and approvals. Also prepares full construction documents.

Ballpark Village

Goodyear, AZ

A Planned Area Development was previously approved for the stadium, practice facilities and basic infrastructure, which are currently in operation. The remaining parcels of land surrounding the facilities remain vacant. Rupurt provided engineering and surveying services to support a proposed land use change from intense office to medium- and high-density residential for 60 acres of property in the southern portion of the project.

Biltmore Shadows

Phoenix, AZ

Rupurt delivered a planning package for a compact 10-lot infill development including the design of public and private utilities and underground retention storage. The team also helped navigate burdensome development building codes to ensure compliance.

Border Patrol Indoor Firing Range

Nogales, AZ

Rupurt provided surveying, civil engineering design, construction stakeout, and construction administration services for the U.S. Border Patrol station in Nogales, Arizona. The installation of the new modular facility included re-grading the existing site, delivering supporting water and sewer line extensions, and an expansion and repaving of the existing parking lot.

3 Olive Park

Peoria, AZ

Rupurt provided planning and preliminary design services for a 158-lot single family residential subdivision on a 40 acre site. Rupurt provided land planning and entitlement services including PAD, General Plan Amendment and Preliminary Design documents. The team also worked closely with City planning officials to incorporate future infrastructure expansions into the project’s design.

American Furniture Warehouse

Glendale, AZ

Rupurt provided a combination full scope development services starting with the initial survey, through design, and ultimate construction support. The team delivered engineering design services to including boundary verification, topographic analysis, and site improvements. The project required extensive coordination with local and state authorities during the design and permitting processes.
