Rupurt provided unmanned aerial system (UAS) mapping and photogrammetry services for the Morenci and Sierrita Tailings Monitoring Programs. This project involved mapping of the tailings expansion starter dams. The scope for each project included multiple detailed and coordinated flight plaths to ensure all required areas were mapped. Rupurt set ground control as well as temporary QC (blind) ground control points to be used in QC checks during post-processing. Rupurt also set permanent ground control points. Rupurt flew the mapping area utilizing our SenseFly eBee UAS and performed rapid checks of each flight.
