Rupurt provided planning, civil engineering, surveying, arborist and landscape architecture services to the City of Fairfax in support of an on call task order contract. The projects include improvements to existing roadways and planning of future roadway extensions and connections featuring: road widening, closing of open ditch and shoulder section roadways with curb & gutter, storm drainage improvements, extensions and upgrades, pedestrian circulation improvements – sidewalks and trails, accessibility retrofits including curb cuts and handicapped ramps, utility relocations, intersection improvements, entrance improvements for residents and businesses, traffic calming, and permit compliance.
